I placed an online order. When will I get it?
Thank you for your order!
If you chose shipping as your delivery method, your order will usually ship within 2-3 business days of placing order. We use USPS priority mail.
If you chose local pick-up, your order will usually be ready by the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to pick up.

I chose local pick-up. Where do I go?
We are happy to welcome you to the Pearl! Our address is 302 Pearl Pkwy #112. We have two entrances, one off Avenue A between Pearl Pkwy and Newell, and a second entrance off the Pearl Parkito courtyard near Cured and Local Coffee. Please bring your order number to make pick-up quick & easy. If you can't find your order number, no problem, we can look it up with your name and address.

I selected curbside pick-up during checkout, but I prefer to have my order shipped. What do I do?
We are happy to change your shipping method! Please send us an email with your order number, phone number and shipping request to boutique@nicheclothingco.com. We will be in touch before your order is ready collect payment information for the additional shipping charges.

I selected shipping during checkout, but I prefer to pick up my order in person. What do I do?
We are happy to see you in person! If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to hold your order at the store for local pick-up. Please send us an email with your order number, phone number and shipping request to boutique@nicheclothingco.com. We will be in touch when your order is ready, and will refund the shipping charges when you pick-up your order.

I have multiple orders, Can you combine them?
Absolutely! As long as your orders haven't yet shipped or been picked up, we will combine multiple orders into one shipment or package. In general, we will catch this while packing orders and refund one of the shipping charges. Feel free to email us at boutique@nicheclothingco.com to request combining orders.
